Find many other links on the Symbaloo for kid search engines, typing games and reading/math apps along with all of the other great free learning resources shared by your child’s teacher/s this year. Some common resources listed below.

Social/Emotional Learning
Visit Mrs. Knoll’s (school counselor) FTE website for many resources!

Literacy
Register for Douglas County Libraries SPLASH INTO SUMMER READING PROGRAM! - Douglas County Libraries fun summer reading program for all ages, register any time between May 1 and July 31. PLUS….The Douglas County Libraries Foundation will give $500 each to the elementary, middle, high and charter school that signs up the most readers for Summer Reading with DCL!

i-Ready- All students will have math and reading access (continuing their current pathway) until July 24th. If you are having issues please email Mrs. Baca at chandra.baca@dcsdk12.org.

RazPlus Kids- If your child’s teacher set up students this past year, students will have access through June 30th. Students can still access RazPlus after June 30th through their Clever login, which is their student gmail account login. The normal RazPlus Kids login portal will no longer work after June 30th due to class rosters changing over to the new school year.

Have a DLC (Douglas County Library) card? Access Tumblebooks for free. This is an online collection of animated, talking picture and chapter books with fun educational games.

https://www.uniteforliteracy.com/ - Free online access to a global library of age-appropriate picture books in a number of languages.

https://sightwords.com/ - access free resources and games to keep fluent on those sight words!

Math
Bridges MATH AT HOME - Click on your grade for fun daily math activities, collections of practice pages, family games, and online games. Please share with anyone who needs accessible and free resources. No login or registration required.

Bridges Math Apps - These apps are based on the visual models featured in Bridges in Mathematics. All apps are available in two or more versions: a web app for all modern browsers, and downloadable versions for specific operating systems and devices (such as Apple iOS for iPad).

XtraMath is a free program that helps students master addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division facts. Sign up for free or use an existing account if your child’s teacher already set them up.

Science/Social Studies
Pebble Go (K-3) - family of databases helps students in Grades 3-5 learn about key concepts related to Social Studies, Biographies, Science, Animals and Dinosaurs.
